Methodology

Our methodology is fostered from our mothership, Lastpixel. It is comprised of an overview (The Home) and three building blocks (The Foundation, The Living Area & The Roof).

The Home

All three keys add up to represent a home. We interact and see those we work with more than our families, so why not make our surrounds be our second home.

A home is a social unit living that works together. It offers a destination where things can begin and flourish. It is an environment that offers affection, support and security. These are all characteristics that encompass our goals, culture and success.

The Foundation

Everything we do at Lastpixel is based upon three items: honesty, accountability and trust.

Honest actions and intentions lead to accountability for your actions, good or bad.

Being honest and accountable earns trust, which is the foundation for all relationships, interactions and business objectives.

The Living Area

Building upon our foundation, the living area represents the life and atmosphere of Lastpixel Studios and comprises three items: communication, collaboration and creativity.

Communication, is the key to a successful atmosphere and is a catalyst for driving results. Collaboration builds upon the communication and allows individuals to become contributors to the success of the business.

Lastly, creativity produces outcomes and results that solve needs, is on the pulse of our industry and satisfies our clients.

All individuals should feel empowered to share their thoughts, since everyone contributes to the success of the company.

The Roof

Covering and protecting the 1st floor and foundation, the roof represents the ability to be humble and advocates continuous improvement, with a sprinkle of humor.
