Financial Planner
Multiple Locations & International Capabilities
The Scenario
You are a financial planner with high value clients, Mr. & Mrs. Appleseed. They would like to open 2 life insurance policies and a college fund for their 5 year old daughter. Your office is in Chicago, they live in New York City and Mr. Appleseed is traveling to Mexico City for 2 weeks on business and has a layover in Miami.
Concerns
You can fax over the applications and coordinate all signatures to be faxed back to you, but you can not guarantee a quick process by your client to sign and return the applications to you.
How long will it take to complete the application process, especially with the husband traveling for 2 weeks?
Will they sign the documents and leave them in their home office to "get to later?"
Will the paperwork be filled out before your company changes them?
The Solution
Didoline works anywhere in the world, in real time, on any device.
While waiting for her morning coffee,
Mrs. Appleseed reads the email notification that their documentation is ready to be reviewed and can be signed at her earliest convenience. After ordering her venti, double-shot, 2 pump vanilla latte, she begins to review the documents on her smart phone.
Her coffee is ready and heads into the office, while leaving a voicemail for her husband to check his email. When she gets into the office, she finishes reviewing the documents and signs them on her PC.
As he waits at Miami International Airport for his connecting flight,
Mr. Appleseed checks his voicemail and hears the message from his wife. He pulls out his tablet and starts to read the documentation.
He has enough time to read the life insurance policy and signs the document as he boards his connecting flight.
After checking in to his hotel,
Mr. Appleseed signs the final document, ensuring his 5 year old princess has a secure future to continue her education and follow in mommy's footsteps.
