Realtor
Agile Procedures & Accelerated Customer Service
The Scenario
You are a top selling realtor that focuses on working with corporations to help relocate new employees. You have a family moving from San Francisco to Connecticut.
Concerns
With the current challenges of closing on a home, you know that working with a family across the country only adds complexities and can some times feel like an impossible task to not only find a home of their dreams, but ensure you are being compliant and meeting deadlines.
After a preliminary visit to have a face to face introduction, give a crash course on areas of interest and try to see as many homes as possible over a weekend, your new clients fly back to San Francisco to start packing and get their affairs in order.
What happens when the processes isn't smooth? What if the mortgage disclosures aren't completed in 3 days?
How much faxing & scanning takes place to close a deal, to how many different parties, requiring how many signatures for the following:
Initial application, credit check, contract to purchase, disclosures, appraisal, explanation letter & closing documents
The Solution
Universal awareness & flow.
Taking a 30-45 day process down to 20-35 days.
Purchasing a home is a process that can sometimes tap on nerves & patience, while wrapped in an energy of excitement. We know there are many contingencies and that issues may come up resulting in additional paperwork or reprocessing the same documents to meet certain criteria.
We know this, as we have bought several homes and wanted to touch upon high level aspects of the process to not only show how and where Didoline can be integrated into the process, but the efficiency & value it can bring.
With your clients flying in for the weekend to start the process, the initial application and credit check is reviewed and signed on the PC in your office.
After viewing over 20 homes in 2 days, your clients find a house they love. While sitting in front of the home, you process the application and have your clients sign using your tablet. Once completed, an email notification is sent to the seller's agent.
While taking a break a work, the seller signs the agreement from a work PC, notifying his agent, who then signs while sitting in her office.
The mortgage broker receives a notification of the completed contract & begins the next phase. While eating a tasty pastry at a local coffee shoppe, the borrow signs all disclosures.
As bushes are being trimmed, the appraisal is signed, notifying the underwriter. With the need for an explanation letter, the process doesn't skip a beat.
At last, the finish line.
Your clients couldn't be happier. They found a home they love, your customer service was extremely pleasing and you were able to know the exact status of their purchase process, all while they where almost 3,000 miles away.
The hardest part is trying to find the right house warming present.
